For your information and as you may not be aware, Coventry Engineering Ltd, went into administration on 16/07/2024. The business was unable to trade effectively for a period of weeks prior to this point which led to the uncertainty and lack of communication you may have encountered.
During the transition period I can confirm that the assets and IP of Coventry Engineering Ltd. As per the schedule below have been purchased from the administrators and the new business will be trading as Ultimate Precision Ltd. company Reg No. – 15863357 this new business will commence operations from Monday 05/08/2024 and the team including some key personnel from Coventry Engineering who will be retained for continuity to offer our ongoing services are available to offer support for your products as a valued customer. The parent company is Laranca Engineering (Reg number – 00902059) and this will support the business through its transition period and oversee operations generally.
We are still in the process of setting up, however we would request you to transfer, if possible, any outstanding purchase orders on Coventry Engineering Ltd. into the name of Ultimate Precision Ltd in order for us to process and re-advise a good ship date, you will receive a new order acknowledgement from us
We are currently awaiting the arrival of our VAT & Bank account number but happy to continue with your projects with a note of intention email whilst this is pending.
